At times, I was reluctant to let go of this beautiful girl, but time passed and I didn’t want to keep the owner of the car waiting, so we gathered in a hurry, closed our room, and left the hotel to return the car.
After a while, the car owner arrived, we both greeted him, smiled, and I gave him the car keys. He inspected the car inside and out and thanked us for the safe return, surprised at the car's high mileage in three days.
So our three-day trip to Goa by car ended, and we decided to rent a scooter again so as not to lose the rhythm of the trip. Reaching the already familiar rental and paying for the rental of a scooter in advance, we again rushed along the road together, into the wind and bright impressions, not suspecting that this evening would be the saddest and most disturbing for us in all the days we spent together.
But until nothing happened, we rushed to our hotel to plan tonight and get new emotions and impressions. On the way, I decided to stop at a roadside shop, where skillful sellers, young guys, quickly prepared a delicacy unusual for foreigners called Paan.
Mouth sweetener, freshener, digestive, the symbol of hospitality — that's paan! Eating paan Indian food is popular all over Southeast Asia from India to Thailand and the Philippines to Vietnam. But it's not exactly a food, although it is consumed. What is paan, exactly? Paan is made from betel leaves and it is eaten with various fillings put on top.
The leaf is wrapped up and chilled before serving. It is also known as meetha paan, vettrilai, or thambulum. And so, trying Paan for the first time, my beloved girl was impressed, but said that it was not for everyone, chewing a new delicacy for a long time.
The time was approaching evening, and we, lying in each other's arms, thought where else we could go and what to see. Suddenly my beloved said, smiling: "my dear! We are a couple in love! And in all genres of romance novels, we must go to the movies and kiss on the last row!" At the same time, she laughed loudly, and I liked this idea, therefore, without thinking, I gently kissed her on the lips and replied: "My love! Be ready in a few minutes! We are going to look for a cinema!"
